Electric Soul presents a Gibson G-45 Studio guitar in a Satin Natural finish.

This guitar is quite affordable for a Gibson, but it still offers solid specs and looks great. With its classic shape and beautiful wood grain, it doesn’t look like a budget instrument at all. It feels like a true Gibson and delivers the brand’s classic sound.

The G-45 features a solid spruce top and a solid walnut back, which looks amazing for this price range. The neck is a bit experimental: it is made of utile (a mahogany substitute) with a walnut fretboard. The Generation series offers a more modern approach rather than a traditional one, but these choices work really well especially since this model is much cheaper than a traditional J-45.

The guitar comes with factory-installed Fishman Sonitone electronics. It is a discreet, non-invasive system that makes plugging in or recording very easy.

This particular instrument was made in 2020. It shows minor, normal signs of use (some scratches and small dings), but overall it looks very good. Technically, everything works perfectly, and the frets are in excellent condition after a light polish.

Gibson no longer makes this specific model.
