Electric Soul presents a Gibson J-165 Maple in Antique Natural finish. This guitar is a smaller, compact jumbo version of the famous J-200, one of the classic and top-level acoustic guitar models from Gibson. It is a true professional instrument, made for serious use, and also a beautiful guitar.

As you would expect from a high-end Gibson, the guitar looks very luxurious. The beautiful wood grain, bindings and inlays create a very impressive overall look.

The guitar is made entirely from solid wood, with no laminate. It features a spruce top, highly figured flame maple back and sides, a three-piece neck with a center strip, and a rosewood fingerboard and bridge. The guitar is also equipped with high-quality electronics based on the Fishman Aura Pro preamp, which allows you to bring the natural sound of the guitar to an amplified setup.

The neck has a comfortable shape and, thanks to the relatively compact dimensions, the guitar is very comfortable to play. If you like the jumbo shape but find a full-size jumbo body too large, this model could be a great choice.

The guitar was made in 2009. It has a professionally repaired and secured small crack in the top, which is unfortunately something that can happen with acoustic guitars. There are also some normal signs of use, including small scratches and minor dents. Overall, however, the guitar looks excellent.

Technically, everything works perfectly. All components are fully functional, including the neck adjustment system, tuning machines and electronics. The frets are in excellent condition and do not need any work.

A hard case, as shown in the photos, is included.
