Electric Soul presents the Fender American Original ’70s Telecaster Custom from 2020. This is the Vintage Blonde version with a maple fingerboard.

This is a reissue of a very distinctive Telecaster model, both in terms of its looks and its unique sound. It represents an evolution of Leo Fender’s original design, adapted to the trends of the 1970s.

The guitar features the typical Wide-Range CuNiFe humbucker in the neck position, a large pickguard, four witch hat control knobs, a pickup selector in a position similar to a Gibson Les Paul, a redesigned three-bolt neck joint, a bullet-style truss rod nut and characteristic 1970s-style tuners.

You can see some influences from Gibson guitars here, and the whole instrument has a strong 1970s feel. This was a time when heavier rock sounds were becoming more popular, and Fender guitars also evolved to fit these new trends.

This updated version became very popular with players looking for alternative and rock sounds. Even today, the Telecaster Custom is one of the most loved and recognizable Telecaster versions and an important part of Fender’s history.

The guitar was made in 2022. It has some small scratches and signs of use, but overall it looks very good. Technically, everything is in perfect working order. The guitar is properly set up and ready to play. The frets are in excellent condition and do not need any work.

The guitar comes with the original Fender hard case and all original documents.
