Elektryczna Dusza (eng. Electric Soul), an independent guitar shop and luthier service founded in 2014 by Michał Wichowski.

For years we have been combining genuine passion with full professionalism. We are a small boutique shop, but we can boast a world-class offer and a solid track record. We are known for an excellent selection of gear, great technical preparation, competitive prices, efficient transaction handling, and a partner-like approach.

We offer collectible vintage classics as well as fully professional modern instruments for studio and stage. Over the years we have become one of the most recognizable and popular companies in the industry. Our instruments appear on major stages, work in recording studios, and are the pride of many spectacular collections.

Together with our invaluable partners and friends, we continuously work to create an exciting offer that we warmly invite you to explore. We try to be the opposite of a guitar supermarket and to bring back the old charm of music stores.

Yes. Shipping is our main and recommended form of transaction. We are prepared to do it quickly, efficiently, and safely. Shipping within Poland is free. For other countries, the price is set individually.
We usually manage to send the package within less than 24 hours after receiving payment. However, we reserve the right to ship within a maximum of 72 hours. In Poland packages usually arrive within 1–3 days, most often the next day, in Europe usually it takes 3-6 working days.
Yes, in Olsztyn (Poland), after making an appointment for a specific day and time. We do not have a huge showroom; the equipment is stored for shipping purposes. During one visit we can present a maximum of 2–3 instruments. You are very welcome!
We ship equipment after receiving the full amount to our bank account. For personal pickup, you can pay on site by card, cash, or instant transfer.
Yes, but it is an extra-paid service — it costs 70 PLN, which must be paid in advance. Cash-on-delivery is available only within Poland.
We can issue a VAT-margin invoice for used equipment, or a 23% VAT invoice if we are selling new equipment.
Yes, for up to one week after paying 10% of the price (non-refundable if you cancel). Only a paid reservation is binding. To make a reservation — write or call.
Yes, very often. Please send concrete offers by email or phone. Trade-in proposals are considered individually.
Yes. For online purchases, you can return the item within 14 days (consumer rights; this does not apply to companies). The buyer pays the return shipping cost. The item must be in good condition; if it is not, we may make a deduction from the refund. Please shop thoughtfully and treat us as partners. We’re very sorry, but our return policy applies only to customers from the European Union.
We guarantee that you will not buy a fake from us. Identifying authenticity is an important part of our work. We have many years of experience and verify equipment at a very advanced level.
For safety. This limits the possibility of fraud and misuse of stolen photos, listing non-existent items, stamping numbers onto counterfeits, etc.
Yes, 100%. All of  our guitars are under luthier inspection and necessary servicing and are covered by a six-month warranty. If you notice any problems with equipment purchased from us, we provide full support.
Yes. All guitars are set up according to the current standards. We offer values that should suit most guitarists, but of course setup is an individual matter. Generally, we offer a level of adjustment far exceeding the conservative factory settings of new instruments, but of course the final word belongs to you.
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the purchase date and covers free repair of revealed defects within up to 30 working days. It is similar to standard manufacturer warranties but carried out directly by our service. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use or natural wear of consumable parts such as frets or tubes, nor does it include adjustments of the instrument to individual preferences. The equipment must be delivered to the service in person or by courier at the buyer’s expense. We cover the cost of return shipping after repair, except in cases of unjustified claims. We’re very sorry, but our warranty works only for customers from the European Union.
